Field of application

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the legal relationship between the online boutique Petit Gris (hereinafter “Petit Gris”) and its client (hereinafter “the Client”). They are written in French and are accessible at all times on the website www.petitgris.ch. They do not apply to products from the Petit Gris online boutique that have been sold to the Client by another supplier.
Petit Gris reserves the right to modify the GTC. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order applies. It cannot be modified unilaterally for the order in question.

As products offered for sale on the site are handmade, each object is likely to differ from one copy to another.

Available stocks

Petit Gris does not guarantee stock availability. If a product is unavailable, Petit Gris will inform the Client as soon as possible. Delays in delivery do not give the right to cancel the contract.

Prices

Order

Once the order has been transmitted, the client automatically receives an acknowledgement of receipt confirming that the order and payment have been received by Petit Gris. The Client can no longer cancel his/her order once it has been processed. If an order is completed, the original order is used as the basis for calculation, however any special offers and discounts valid at the time of addition are not taken into account.

Petit Gris may, without justification, refuse all or part of the order. In this case, the Client will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. All other claims are excluded, in particular items that are not available will not be delivered at a later date. Temporarily unavailable items cannot be reserved.
